One to One Sessions
I have a unique approach to therapy which combines Life coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP techniques (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Breathwork and Mindfulness. All sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs.
